Paulette Emerich submitted this picture. Maybe she can tell me the date. I'm guessing that it was taken in the early sixties judging by the cars. I notice several things: Western Auto has replaced Meduski's at the corner of West and Main Streets and the bridge over the Warwick Creek has been upgraded from its early fifties look. This comment from John Seekamp Jr - Photo looks to me to be from the mid to late seventy's based on the cars shown. My father's "Seekamp Realty" office was upstairs (on the left in front) in the Dispatch building----I would say on street level out front of the Dispatch is about where the photographer stood for this picture (maybe where the theater was). John |
