Al VanDerhoof informed me of the sad news of Gary's passing.
Al writes:
I just received word that Gary Paffenroth passed away about two weeks ago.
Gary graduated in 1949 and has been living in California. He was a good buddy and a nice guy.

Of course those a few years younger than Gary will remember his sister Joyce who sadly passed away in her early fifties after a long bout with cancer. Both sweet, good people and missed by all.
