ANTHONY T. PIGGERY Warwick, N.Y. Anthony T. Piggery passed away March 6, 2003 at St. Anthony's Hospital. He was 78. The son of the late William and Caroline Teabout Piggery, he was born August 19, 1924 in Warwick. He was the widower of Elizabeth Pierce Piggery. Mr. Piggery was a retired machinist with Nepra Chemical. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Warwick. He was an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of Warwick VFW Post 4662 and the Nicholas Lesando Jr. American Legion Post 214. He is survived by his daughters, Vanessa Mann of Warwick, Barbara Piggery of Warwick, Norma Jo Piggery of Chester; his son, Brian Piggery of Chester; eight grandchildren, Arman, Kiameshia, Nubian, Anthony, Michael, Jeffrey, Brian Jr. and Ebony; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Isabel Graham and Wilhelmina Chitwood of Warwick; brother, Bradford Piggery of Warwick; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday, March 9 at the Lazear-Smith and Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. Combined VFW and Legion services will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. Services will be held at 11 am., Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Scott Barker will officiate. Donations in his memory may be made to the American Lung Association, 35 Orchard St., White Plains, NY 10603. Arrangements are under the direction of the Lazear-Smith and Vander Plaat Memorial Home, Warwick.
