News of Warwick from Bobby Hart
ews of Warwick

Over the past years Bob Hart has taken it upon himself to pass along Warwick related articles from the local newspapers, especially those that may be of interest to us - kids of the 30s, 40s, and 50s.

Likewise I have thought that such news would fit the TownScrapbook site just fine, and, but for my procrastion disease, I would have included the "Bob Hart News" earlier. Anyway here it is, better late than never. Thanks Bobby.

Just wanted to let you know, the memorial to the crew members of the USS Bennington, of which George J. Hart, Jr. was among 103 killed on 26 May 1954, is being completed.

If you could add something to the web page about it, I have sent you some neat stuff from them with the address where to send donations.  Here is the latest link to the USS Bennington Assn. web page which has at the top a link to the memorial and the donation address.
